We believe you should understand what a visit costs before you book it. Here is how billing works at Same Day Neurology, in plain language.
Insurance
- Out-of-network provider for most insurance plans
- In-network with TRICARE
- Medicare is not accepted
- Medicaid is not accepted
- Auto insurance may sometimes be used for accident-related injuries
- Workers' compensation cases may sometimes be accommodated
Fees
- Initial consultation
- approx. $300–$350
- Follow-up appointment
- approx. $150–$200
All fees are approximate and confirmed by the office before your visit. The cost of additional diagnostics or treatments is discussed during your evaluation.
Payment
Patients generally pay at the time of service. Preferred payment methods:

- Check
- Venmo
- Zelle

Out-of-network reimbursement
After your visit, the office can provide documentation you may submit to your insurance plan for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Whether and how much your plan reimburses depends entirely on your plan and insurer — reimbursement is never guaranteed.
